Meet the new Space Dashboard!

Have you ever wondered how to visualize the activity on your coworking space? For your members, it’s always interesting to have a glance at what’s happening in the space so they can, for example, attend upcoming events or know who is in the space at a certain moment. One way to do that is to use the space website part of your Nexudus Spaces account where you can upload events, post in the blog, use the space wall or the community board to keep a connection with the members of your community.

From today, there is a new feature which may also help grow these connections. We are calling it the Space Dashboard and it lets you display a range of information in a large screen or a projector. As many part of Nexudus Spaces, the Space Dashboard is completely white-label, which means you can change the way it looks and the information it presents to suit your needs. As usual, we provide a simple but functional design, which you can use to start off your own. Let’s have a look at it:

Coworking Bath - The Guild

Your logo and space name. This is a smart theme. It finds the primary color of your logo and changes all the layout palette to match it with your space branding scheme.
Social networks. You can also configure your Facebook and Twitter account on the Admin Panel in order to display the number of followers and likes you have.
Your community. A selection of members will be displayed every few seconds, showing some of the information members have entered in their profiles.
Is it sunny out there? The dashboard will use your location settings on your Nexudus Spaces account to display the weather of your city. It also show on real time the date and the local time.
Rooms / Bookings. Let members and guests know easily when rooms are available and display exact booked times to promote last-minute reservations.
Events & News. What’s going on in your space? Let people know what are the upcoming events as well as keep them updated about the latest news from the blog.
