• Software Support Specialist - SaaS (Hybrid, Spanish/French/English speaker)

  Contract: Full time/Permanent

  Main duties and responsibilities:

  Are you passionate about customer support? We want to hear from you! We are looking for a talented Support Specialist to join our growing team.

  Your job is to assist our customers on their journey using the Nexudus platform. You will be answering support tickets from customers across the globe and troubleshooting any issue they come across. We expect you to become a Nexudus expert and learn the platform inside-out to help our customers make the most of it. Familiarity with integrations, domains, and automation is highly desired but not mandatory.

  Day-to-day tasks for this role at Nexudus include:

  • Collect relevant information to understand how customers and their businesses use our platform and troubleshoot their issues
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand the challenges and issues they can occasionally face using Nexudus
  • Help customers with their enquiries via email or any other support channel
  • Meet the KPIs and metrics set up for the role
  • Proactively identify ways of improving the products and services we deliver
  • Actively comunicate with customers and internal teams to ensure all the aims of the customer relationship are met
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring they receive the most benefit possible from their investment in Nexudus
  • Organise and provide training to both customers and the rest of the Nexudus team

  Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support or customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English and Spanish or French
  • Have a fair understanding of web technologies
  • Take a logical and organised approach to problem-solving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required
  • Organised, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once
  • Articulate and possess excellent communication skills
  • Team player who is able to work unsupervised
  • Experience using cloud-based platforms
  • Patience and Empathy are key to this position
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK

• Software QA Engineer

  Location: London
  Contract: Full time/Permanent

  Main duties and responsibilities:

  We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team. You will report to the CTO/Founder and have much variety in your role, and the projects will get your intellectual juices flowing.

  We continuously strive to adopt the latest proven technology and tools. To sum up, your day-to-day challenges would be to help us to make sure we keep our products up to our quality standards, being responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches to the development team. You will have a direct effect on what we do and how we do it.

  This is a great opportunity to use your current skills but develop and learn new ones and we will support you on that journey. We can give you exposure to every facet of our solution and as much responsibility as you are ready to handle.

  • Front-end, integration and unit testing on the Nexudus products.
  • Creating and implementing testing plans.
  • Running analytics on the test cases and analyse results.
  • Evaluate our front-end expected functionality against specifications/requirements.
  • Log issues and track defects.
  • Identify, document and report issues.
  • Conduct final QA on projects to ensure that standards are met.
  • Working with the development team to ensure that our Products are error-free.

  Requirements:

  • Professional experience with front-end, integrations and unit testing to verify UI, functionality, consistency, performance, and accessibility.
  • Experience working using test automation tools.
  • Proficiency using test automation tools.
  • Being familiar with Html, CSS, JS or Git.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
